Perfect for a wide range of dishes, pork mince is a great alternative to beef or lamb – ideal for meatballs, burgers, pasta sauces, dumplings, or stir-fries. Its natural juiciness keeps dishes moist and flavourful, while its mild taste pairs beautifully with herbs, spices, and sauces.

Ethically reared and expertly prepared by our butchers, our pork is the result of traditional farming and the highest welfare standards.

Cooking tip: Brown over a medium-high heat to seal in flavour, then cook through with your chosen seasonings or sauce.
