From our pasture-raised flock, our Shoulder of Hogget is a flavour-packed cut that rewards slow, gentle cooking. Hogget, from sheep aged between 12โ24 months, offers a deeper, more robust taste than lamb while remaining tender and juicy.
The shoulderโs natural marbling and connective tissue break down beautifully during long roasting or braising, creating meat that falls off the bone and is perfect for pulling, shredding, or serving in hearty slices.
Ethically reared on lush grass and expertly prepared by our butchers, our hogget showcases the very best in traditional, sustainable farming.
Cooking tip: Roast for 4โ5 hours on a low heat with herbs and stock for melt-in-the-mouth results.
Depending on stock, this product will be available either fresh or frozen.
