Hogget Neck – Rich, Flavourful & Perfect for Slow Cooking

From our own flock here on the farm, our Hogget Neck is a cut full of rich, deep flavour, perfect for hearty, comforting meals. Hogget comes from sheep aged between 12–24 months, giving the meat a more developed taste than lamb while still being tender.

Neck cuts are ideal for slow cooking – think warming stews, fragrant curries, or meltingly soft pulled meat dishes. As the meat gently cooks, the natural marbling breaks down to create a succulent, flavoursome result that’s well worth the wait.

Reared with care on lush pasture, our hogget is 100% grass-fed, ethically produced, and prepared by skilled butchers for maximum quality.

Depending on stock, this product will be available either fresh or frozen.
