Our home-reared hogget leg is full of rich, traditional flavour and beautifully tender when roasted. Naturally reared on our farm, our hogget develops a deeper, more distinctive taste than lamb — perfect for a hearty festive roast or a special family meal. Slow-cooked or roasted to perfection, it delivers succulent meat with exceptional depth of flavour.
