From our own flock, raised on lush pastures, our Leg of Hogget is a truly special roasting joint. Hogget comes from sheep aged between 12β24 months, producing meat with a richer, more developed flavour than lamb while still being beautifully tender.
This prime cut is ideal for slow roasting, allowing the natural marbling to melt into the meat, keeping it succulent and full of flavour. Whether youβre preparing a Sunday roast, a celebration feast, or slow-cooking for pulled hogget, the result is always impressive.
Ethically reared and 100% grass-fed, our hogget reflects the care and quality that comes from traditional farming methods and expert butchery.
Cooking tip: Roast low and slow for a tender, juicy joint, or cook at a higher heat for crispy, golden skin.
Depending on stock, this product will be available either fresh or frozen.
