Perfect for quick cooking, hogget chops are delicious pan-fried, grilled, or barbecued. A short, high-heat cook seals in the juices, delivering a tender, flavour-packed result in minutes.

Raised naturally on lush pastures and expertly prepared by our butchers, our hogget is 100% grass-fed, ethically reared, and full of wholesome countryside goodness.

Cooking tip: Season well, sear for 2–3 minutes each side, and rest before serving for maximum flavour.
