Cut from our own grass-fed hogget, these Hogget Steaks combine the tenderness you’d expect from younger meat with the rich, developed flavour unique to hogget. Taken from prime cuts, they’re naturally lean yet full of character.

Perfect for quick cooking, hogget steaks are delicious pan-fried, grilled, or barbecued. A short, high-heat cook seals in the juices, delivering a tender, flavour-packed result in minutes.

Raised naturally on lush pastures and expertly prepared by our butchers, our hogget is 100% grass-fed, ethically reared, and full of wholesome countryside goodness.

Cooking tip: Season well, sear for 2–3 minutes each side, and rest before serving for maximum flavour.

Depending on stock, this product will be available either fresh or frozen.
